Hospice Care is pleased to announce the creation of the Lay Healthy Ministry Program. It is a non-denominational program designed to raise awareness of the spiritual, interpersonal, emotional and physical health needs of congregations and communities.

Free training will be provided to those congregations who do not currently have a Faith Community Nurse Program. Hospice Care will provide resources and training updates depending on the needs of the congregation as established through a congregational assessment. Periodic updates will also be offered.

For those faith communities who currently have a Faith Community Nurse Program, the lay health ministry materials provide documentation tools and other valuable resources for your ministry. We are pleased to offer you a training session and manual. You may also continue to access our website for scheduling of networking sessions, and downloadable resources.
