Robin Shepherd, MSN, CHPN, FCN,
is Vice President of Faith Based Initiatives with Hospice Care Corporation. A hospice nurse for 17 years, Robin completed training with WVU and the International Parish Nurse Resource Center in 2004. In 2005, Hospice Care Corporation and WVU partnered to produce the Basic Parish Nurse Preparation Course online. The Advanced Parish Nurse Course followed in 2006. Robin is also the trainer for the Lay Health Ministry Program. She volunteers as a parish nurse in her faith community.
